1. Who we are

P8 Nutrition (“we”, “us”) operates the online store at p8-nutrition.com and sells digital PDF products to customers in Europe. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. Personal data we collect

• Order data: name, email address, country, order contents and order reference.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, not full card numbers.
• Support data: the contents of messages you send us.
• Marketing data: your email address if you subscribe, plus your consent record.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited, collected through necessary and — with consent — optional cookies.

3. How we collect it

Directly from you when you order, contact us or subscribe, and automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use the website.

4. Why we use it and our legal bases

• Performance of a contract: delivering your PDF, sending order confirmations and download links, and handling refunds.
• Legal obligation: keeping invoices and tax records as required by Dutch law.
• Legitimate interests: securing the website, preventing fraud and improving our products.
• Consent: optional analytics and marketing cookies, and marketing emails. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the store — website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, file hosting and analytics. They act as processors under written agreements and may only use the data to provide their service to us.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, together with additional safeguards where needed. You can ask us for details.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use necessary cookies to run the shop and remember your cart. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner. Rejecting optional cookies is as easy as accepting, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your site data or contacting us.

8. Security and retention

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls. We keep order and invoice data for the statutory Dutch retention period (currently seven years for tax records), support messages for up to two years, and marketing data until you unsubscribe.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Email info@p8-nutrition.com and we will respond within one month.

10. Marketing opt-out

Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to opt out. Order and service emails are not marketing and continue as needed to deliver your purchase.

11. Complaints

Please contact us first so we can help. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

12. Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced on this page.
